About This Program
The J1 Intern & Trainee program allows Hospitality & Culinary university students or recent graduates to temporarily travel and live in the U.S while learning the latest industry trends and best practices from some of the most prominent hotel chains and branded Travel and tourism corporations. Program costs and visa costs vary depending on the type of program you want.
Up to 18 months max
Hospitality programs: this will vary based on the position. We recommend candidates be flexible with their location choices, and we strongly encourage candidates to apply to multiple locations in the U.S.
Non-hospitality programs: ask your Account Manager/Agency about possible openings in new industries!
Some positions offer housing, and some do not. The good news is that we can provide you with housing recommendations. We inspect all our recommended housing options to ensure that the housing is affordable, safe, and close to your host company. Housing arrangements must be in place before arriving to the U.S.
Both your visa sponsor and employer must have your most current address and telephone contact information at all times while you are in the program.
